Warranty Policy
We hope you enjoy your order. However, if the products show any defects during shipping or an item is missing from the package, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. To process your request, please follow these steps:
Step 1 - Initial Contact
- Send us an email to servicioalcliente@bellecismo.com indicating: Your order number
- Photos of the defective product
- In case of shortage, name of the missing item
- If you do not provide a new address or contact information, we will ship to the address on your previous order.
Step 2 - Confirmation
Our customer service team will verify the information and provide you with a solution within 24-48 hours.
Step 3 - Refund/Reshipment
- In case of reshipment, we will send you a new package and an email with the tracking number corresponding to your address.
- In case of refund:
Payments by transfer: refund to the original bank account
Card payments: refund to the same payment method. Processing time: 2 business days.
Important note :
All our orders include a small surcharge. If the defect/missing item falls within the included surcharge, no refund or reshipment will be applicable.
